Overview
One workspace, one engine
CogniChat is a software with products share a single NLP engine and a single data layer. The latest version brings them together in one workspace: AskChat for questions, a Dashboard for usage, and Data Management for everything the AI is allowed to know, with entity recognition and speech to text as supporting tools.
Everything starts from the client's own material. Files, databases and APIs become searchable knowledge bases, so answers are based on meaning rather than exact keywords.

The Problem
Hundreds of files, and no time to read them
The answer people need usually exists already, buried in a contract, a report, a support thread or a recorded call, spread across drives and inboxes. Finding it means opening file after file, skimming, and hoping the right page turns up.
Speed alone wouldn't fix it. An answer you can't verify has to be checked by hand anyway, which spends the time you just saved, and one wrong answer sends people back to searching folders for good. So the target was the shortest path to an answer, plus the shortest path to proving it right.

The platform shipped into production, including deployment inside Romanian public administration — an audience that is risk-averse, non-technical and not self-selected.
Getting an AI product through municipal procurement and into daily use by civil servants is a harder test than a pilot with willing beta users. If the interface holds up there, it holds up.
