AI for public procurement
TenderCraft is an AI platform that helps companies find public tenders, write proposals and check compliance, turning weeks of paperwork into hours. I designed its identity: the logo, the colour system and the key visual.
Overview
A €2 trillion market run on paperwork
Public procurement is a huge market, but bidding still works the way it did decades ago. Opportunities are spread across SEAP, TED and dozens of national portals. Each tender comes with 200 to 500 pages of specifications, and each bid can cost €3,000 to €10,000 to prepare, with win rates often between 5 and 15%.
The Challenge
Credible enough for procurement, modern enough for AI
TenderCraft needed an identity that bid teams and managers would trust with high-stakes work, while still feeling like a fast, modern AI product rather than another government portal. It also had to work from a tiny app icon to a large campaign visual.
The Logo
T and C in a single stroke
The monogram joins the T and the C into one continuous shape, with angled cuts where the letters meet. It sits inside a rounded square, so it works as an app icon and a favicon as well as next to the wordmark.
Visual System
Colour and type
The palette pairs a deep midnight with an electric blue, softened by lighter blues and lifted by a fresh green used for actions on the website. Poppins, a geometric typeface, echoes the round shapes of the monogram and is used in three weights: Light, Medium and Bold.
Applications
The brand in use
A logo alone doesn't make a brand recognisable. So the shapes it's built from were treated as a kit of parts, free to be enlarged, repeated or cropped, which gives campaign work a family resemblance even when the logo is small or absent. The rule is simple: the shapes can carry the message, the colour keeps everything together, and people stay at the centre of the picture.
Outcome
A brand that fits the product's ambition
TenderCraft now has a compact, recognisable mark and a visual language that reads as trustworthy and modern at the same time. The platform reports more than 5,200 active companies and over a million indexed tenders.
